Twice a year we host the junior Hub. This is a big event and a great fundraiser for the club. We need to prepare for the event the day before:
- we have to erect 12 plastic samba goals
- mark the lines for extra pitches needed around the oval
- clean and tidy the rooms ready for the public
- make sure the BBQ is clean and the canteen stocked and ready to go
- put up signage/pitch maps for the event

last year we had about 6 helpers and these job took us about 2 hours.

It would be great to get at least 12 helpers this year (including some senior players and junior parents) and get prepared in half the time.

If you can help at 3pm on Saturday pls can you RSVP on the app. If you can’t help but can help out with the BBQ or canteen on Sunday then pls reply to my next message about that.
