Pre season fitness every Wednesday night in Feb & March at the Village Park, 6pm Oval 2, with the fabulous Kate Barsby from No Excuses Fitness & Bootcamp. Free for all players and coaches from U/12’s and up committed to playing or coaching in 2020.
