The Barwon Heads community should be very proud that one of our own is on the path to the big time. Barwon Heads Primary school grade 6 student Siena Gill has been selected for the Victorian state school team. Out of tens of thousands of students across Victoria it is an amazing achievement for Siena to be part
of such an elite group of young women.

Siena has played all her junior soccer at Barwon Heads Soccer Club, starting as a four year old in our little kickers program. She is currently playing way above her usual division in the boys youth U/13’s.

Along the journey, Siena has been coached by some of our clubs finest – Stewey Hayes, Jon Phillips, Michael Sheridan – and overseen by junior coordinator extraordinaire James Ramage.
We wish Siena all the best for such a bright future and could not be more proud.
