Level 4 referee course is the introductory level course for anyone wanting to become a referee
Refereeing is for anyone, at any age, at any time – aligning to FV’s FootballALLways Strategic Plan.
Refereeing provides access to referee in all FV managed competitions and regional based leagues across metropolitan and region Victoria.
The new online course provides participants with 24/7 access to complete the Level 4 referee course at a time that suits the participants schedule.
The course includes four modules – 3 conducted online and one skills based on field module.

Online course access
Skills based training sessions
First year registration
Laws Of The Game book
Referee Uniform – shirt, shorts, socks
Whistle
Yellow & Red cards
Assistant Referee flags
