Barwon Heads Soccer Club is currently looking for a part time secretary for the remainder of 2021.

You’ll need good communication skills, basic admin/office skills and you’ll preferably be familiar with Facebook and Team App. The job requires only a few hours per week.
Your tasks will be:
·       circulating the agenda and preparing for monthly committee meetings, (on the second Tuesday of the month 7pm) ·       attending the meetings and taking minutes ·       checking club emails and P.O. Box ·       responding to organisations such as Football Victoria, City of Greater Geelong, ASIC etc. ·       posting information to Team app and Facebook. 
 BHSC is a fantastic family and community oriented club, located in the Village Park right in the heart of Barwon Heads.
